SHIPPING POLICIES

1. We ship on (week days only - ask specific airline to applicable country of destination their week day schedule. We do not want to ship on weekends when there are more passengers and more chances of delays.

2. We ship only to airports that have Live Animals Service to your airport.

3. We use direct flight if possible. We use the best airline for the route, taking into consideration transit time, weather and cost factor.

4. We also take into consideration the shipping temperature on the receiving end since our birds were in a tropical climate (temp. range 24~32 °C) sudden change in temperature from exiting the destination should be the consignee's concern.

5. We put our birds health above all other considerations and do not ship when we feel it could be dangerous to the bird's well being.
